Client Agreement

This Client Agreement is entered into between Flux & Fire Studio and the client purchasing or requesting services.

1. Services

Services will be provided according to the approved quote, invoice, package, proposal, or written message between the parties.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work begins. Remaining balances are due within 7 days or before final delivery.

3. Revisions and Approvals

The project includes 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. The client is responsible for reviewing proofs, previews, drafts, or deliverables carefully before approval.

4. Delivery and Handover

Final files, access handoff, launch steps, or transfer of ownership will occur after all invoices are paid in full.

5. Portfolio Rights

Flux & Fire Studio may display non-confidential project work in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Content Restrictions

Flux & Fire Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any project that includes or promotes content deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to explicit sexual content, pornography, nudity or adult entertainment, discriminatory content, illegal activities or substances, and excessively violent or graphic material. If prohibited content is requested after a project has begun, Flux & Fire Studio may terminate the project immediately. Any deposits or payments made are non-refundable.

Submitting prohibited project content, requesting prohibited work, or changing the project direction into prohibited content may result in immediate project termination without refund.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. The deposit remains non-refundable, and the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of a deposit, approval of an estimate, use of the client portal, or written confirmation to proceed constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
