Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

Because Flux & Fire Studio provides custom digital and creative services, all deposits are non-refundable.

1. Deposits

Deposits reserve production time, planning, and creative work. Once paid, they are not refundable.

2. Custom Services

Payments made toward custom design, development, branding, strategy, or other tailored services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Completed Work

No refunds are available for completed projects, delivered files, approved concepts, or digital items already provided.

4. Prohibited Content

If a project is refused, canceled, or terminated because it includes or requests prohibited content, explicit content, or content that violates our Content Restrictions Policy, deposits and payments made are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Situations

Any refund issued outside this policy is at the sole discretion of Flux & Fire Studio and does not create an ongoing obligation to issue refunds in similar situations.
