Design Service Terms

Business Name: Flux & Fire Studio

1. Scope of Services

Flux & Fire Studio provides creative services including branding, web design, graphic design, marketing assets, merchandise design, and related creative deliverables as agreed in writing.

2. Deposits and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balances are due within 7 days of invoice delivery or before final files are released, whichever comes first.

3. Revisions

Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions unless a custom agreement states otherwise. Additional revisions or change requests outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, accurate information, and all required content or assets needed to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may delay the project timeline.

5. Project Timelines

Any estimated timeline is dependent on timely client communication and content delivery. Timelines may shift if project scope changes or approvals are delayed.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

Final approved deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment has been received. Flux & Fire Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Licenses

Fonts, stock assets, plugins, hosting services, themes, music licenses, or other third-party tools may require separate licenses or subscriptions. Unless specifically included in writing, those costs and continuing renewals are the client’s responsibility.

8. Content Restrictions

Flux & Fire Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any project that includes or promotes content deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to explicit sexual content, pornography, nudity or adult entertainment, discriminatory content, illegal activities or substances, and excessively violent or graphic material. If prohibited content is requested after a project has begun, Flux & Fire Studio may terminate the project immediately. Any deposits or payments made are non-refundable.

The client is responsible for ensuring all submitted project content, references, files, images, music, copy, products, and brand materials comply with this policy.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Because creative work begins immediately and involves reserved production time, completed work and partially completed work are not eligible for refunds. If the client cancels a project, the deposit is retained and additional work performed may be invoiced.

10. Abandoned Projects

If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, the project may be considered inactive. Reactivation may require a restart fee, timeline adjustment, or new agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Flux & Fire Studio is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, platform changes, misuse of deliverables, or edits made by the client or other third parties after delivery.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing, booking, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging services, the client agrees to these Design Service Terms.
